Full-Time Cross Cultural Missionary

You can join Revival Generation as a full time missionary in overseas mission. You must be able to raise your own support.  You will be under our parent organization GLEC.  We will help you get training and provide a spiritual covering through counseling and weekly prayer.  Here are some positions: 
  • 1 year + term as an English Conversation Instructor at an international Chinese university
  • 1 year + term as a missionary in China conducting Christian leadership training for young adults 
  • 1 year + term as a campus minister reaching out to international students here in southern California
  • You can also propose your job description as long as it fits into our vision of Equipping Leaders, Advancing the Kingdom, and Transforming Culture.  

REQUIREMENTS to apply for a full-time missionary position

Personal
  • A passion for lost souls
  • Flexibility to new conditions and cultures
  • Willing to learn a foreign language 

Spiritual
  • Profess Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and must be baptized for at least 2 years
  • Belief that the Bible is God’s word and is our final authority in all matters of faith and conduct
  • Able to teach the Word of God in a small group setting
  • Agreement with Revival Generation's statement of faith, vision and strategy

Educational
  • A college education or equivalent is often required
  • Bible training (formal or informal) is required

Psychological and Physical
  • Demonstrated evidence of social, emotional and mental stability (standardized assessments given)
  • General good health (doctor's approval required)
